Geocache Description:

This cache is located near a good starting point to access the Galloping Goose Regional Trail and head out to Leechtown.

This is a good place to access the Galloping Goose Regional Trail if you are heading to Leechtown. Travelling north from the parking area you are approximately twelve kilometers from what I call the Leechtown meadow. You will cross a couple of nice trestles and pass the Sooke Potholes and the Sooke Potholes Campground along the way.

The GPS can be a little bouncy under the tree canopy but I’m sure your geo-senses will guide you. The area can be very busy so you’ll have to watch out for muggles and be discreet when searching for the cache. There’s no room for a pen, so please bring your own.
