My first time hiding a cache, one of three placed together at Lake Iowa Park for my husband's 40th birthday surprise.

Welcome to our cache—
Our children enjoy geocaching with us, especially our youngest daughter who gets the biggest thrill out of finding “treasures” within the cache containers. It seemed only logical that, when creating a cache to hide for her dad as a surprise for his 40th birthday, we would include trinkets in her cache container. Please take a treasure from our cache, but be so kind as to leave one in return.

IT'S A "LOG" WALK HOME cache: This is the most difficult of the three caches in this series. Parking is not immediatley available, so if you park along the roadside do so smartly. Cache container is medium-sized and well hidden, but not camoflaged to its surroundings.. so you'll know it when you see it. Container includes message about significance of cache, cache log, pencil, and trinkets. Placed with permission.
