Geocache Description:


No one will forget the floods in Queensland in January 2011. Postman's Ridge is between Murphy's Creek and Gratham. Both of these town's were on the news.

Here is a Memorial to honour and remember the lives that were lost at Postman's Ridge during these floods on January 10th 2011. As you drive along the road towards Towoomba you may notice a few house slabs on either side of the road. The houses here were destroyed and this is all that is left.
