Geocache Description:

The ‘Wandering Heroes’ series is a community series dedicated to the men, women and children of caching and a chance to learn more about the names you see on logs. Once you have finished the series, feel free to add a well thought out cache in the spirit of the series, dedicated to another Wandering Hero.

This cache is dedicated to cachers from downunder, DEMolineux, son, daughter-in-law and grandson of Alan and Kerry (Alan Victor and LadyLapidary). We first met the DEMolineux Family here in the states at an event in Hesperia mid 2012. The family had come from Australia for a very long extended vacation that included a cruise up to Alaska. Had the pleasure of meeting the family. Now we just had to have a cache for DEMolineux, right??? Especially after Alan Victor and Damian completed the Groundspeak Series nearby in the heat of summer July 7th, 2012 by trekking the series, they are freakin' nutz!

Thanks to Damian, aka DEMolineux, for bringing the idea of this series to the High Desert. Taken from the Aussie Wandering Heroes in South Australia, example: GC31NNV. Again, please feel free to continue this series with your tribute to a fellow cacher or cachers.
