Find the two hands at the coordinates and follow the thumbs for 10meters!
ISAF ID-card is required.
Pincers could be helpful.
Update 2013/01/15 Due to several requests: Yes the cache is not inside CM. You have to look for it on the westside of the wall. The given coordinates are right. When i was there the last time it was possible to get to this place. Of course not alone by feet. So I will raise the ratings for the cache. If you have a question or if you need a hint, feel free to ask me.
