Geocache Description:

Golden Ball


The cache is small with plenty of room for swaps.

Holds a Log Book, Pen and Swaps.

 

This is a quick drive by cache in a area that the locals call Golden Ball after the near by bridge.

The area has been under going plenty of works over the past years with the floods and will be undergoing more in the future with the local prison inmates playing a large role in clearing and replanting the area, working with the local Land Care Group.

It is an area that we have enjoyed over many years of traveling this road.
This will be a great one for the whole family with picnic tables and a nice quick stop along the Beechworth Wangaratta road.

You will note the area has plenty of space to pull off the road but please be careful when re entering the road as the cars come quick from around the bend. Best entry when approaching from Beechworth
