One of several caches placed so that attendees at the BAGGIES AT THE ‘BEN’ event (GC3VBB5) in February 2013 stand a chance of a FTF! Even though the listing co-ords are in the sea, you can be assured that the cache is on terra firma (near a bus stop to be more precise!)
Finding the cache will be easy if you know your Scottish road numbers:-
The road from Wick to John o’Groats is the A 9a
The Inverness to Ullapool road is mostly the A 83b
The “Road to the Isles” from Fort William to Mallaig is the A 8c0
The difference between the two numbers of the A road that runs down Glen Shiel is d
The A 8e runs at the foot of Ben Cruachan
The main road along Loch Ness is the A 8f
Driving up along the length of Loch Lomond you are on the A 8g
Take the A 8h to get from Newtonmore to Spean Bridge
