I think the title is true: Just about everyone in this area has at least one smiley due to to a ziggy hide.

Zig has over 800 hides. Among his many series of caches are Can you See the Light?, No Night Time Caching, Fairy Tale Fantasies and of course the Ziggy cartoon strip. He has also reminded us of many old school television shows. It is due to Zig that we know what a tree bug is.

Many/Most of the locals and some not so local have logged a ziggy cache in 2012. Take a look at the logs posted below and use info to solve this puzzle.
