The cache is located within The Mine Mill Campgrounds (with permission). There are many entrances to the main trail and so disturbing anyone tenting in the field is not necessary. Also, please respect the slow speed limit as it is a very family friendly campground where the children let their guard down and aren't always as careful as we'd like them to be.
In 2011, the Mine Mill 598/CAW Union opened their campgrounds to the public, and has become a little retreat within the city for our family. Located on Richard Lake, right beside Carol's Campsites, it's a friendly place to be and we thought it would be a nice place for a cache. The cache is not far off a main trail that runs beside the campgrounds.
