If you come in Pheasant Drive off of Woodlands Road, park at the blue garage with the flag and hike up the trail. Although surrounded by private property, the trail is a public road as shown on the map, not private property. There is some poison ivy in these woods, but you don't have to go through any to find the cache.
You can go at night, but watch out for bigfoot. There have been sightings recently at night.
If you continue up the trail to the end and turn right, you will end up back on Pheasant Drive and you can walk back down to your car. This is a very nice walk. It is my favorite trail and I walk my dog up and down it often...
