Geocache Description:

Welcome to Ivy Creek Park, opened to the public in June 2011.  There's a six acre lake where catch and release fishing is permitted, a gaggle of waterfowl, and lots of ticks- so bring bug repellant and enjoy what nature has to offer.  Other activities include a playground, picnic area, short hiking trails, canoe and kayak rentals on the weekends, and of course geocaching!  Future plans include an environmental education center and restrooms that are not porta potties.

This cache can be found at the entrance to the park.  As this is a place that is driven by frequently due to all the large employers nearby, please use maximum stealth mode and pretend you are doing anything other than geocaching!
