A kid friendly cache placed near the new Dinosaur Museum!
This cache is kid friendly, but will require crossing a busy road, so adult supervision is a must. Plenty of parking is available across the road, so please do not park on the road. The busy Museum is nearby, so muggles abound during working hours, but so far, no interference with the cache location itself.
Access to the cache will be difficult once the snow gets deep, but *may* still be accessible for die hards.
This cache is placed in the Dinosaur Train Theme, for the Pipestone Fossil Hunters 2012 Event. Dinosaur Train is a kids show on PBS that educates children about dinosaurs and has a partnership with Geocaching.com for kid friendly, dinosaur themed caches. My kids love dinosaurs, so everything just came together on this cache!
When placed, the cache contained a variety of dinosaur themed SWAG as well as coloring sheets for the kids (no trade required, just let CO know when they are getting low so I can refill). Gloves would be nice in retrieving this cache, but it can be done without.
