To solve this puzzle you will need to know more about “The Donner Party.” Not the ones who cache, the other Party. Part of this you will need solve at home or on a computer. The second part you will need to find on your way to the cache.
I placed this on my jet ski, but anything bigger may have a problem. Canoes and kayaks will have no problem. A launch ramp is posted. If you want, leave one car up stream and leave another on Oak Island in Waterloo for a seven mile paddle. If you return to the ramp it is an upstream paddle.
