Another addition of the Park & grab

This is another pull off on the way back to LaCrosse.   I did two on the way to Stoddard so it's only fair I give you two to find on the way back.    Please make sure to place this one back as found or better.   Thanks and happy caching. Enjoy the newly added observation area! This cache was moved do to the original beacon being taken down.
