This cache was orininally placed for the the First State Challenge 2012 sponsored by Delaware Geocachers! Although the challenge has ended, this cache is still available to be found!!

FSC-2012 Pickering Beach
Cache Details:
Small parking area for a few cars. Finding the cache should be quick. Don't forget to read about horseshoe crabs and make a quick beach visit.

Description: Pickering Beach is an official sanctuary for horseshoe crabs, the state marine animal of Delaware and a "signature species" of the Delaware Estuary. Visitors are welcome to watch as these harmless animals fill the beach while spawning in May and June

This location has outstanding views of Rainbows. Enjoy a trip onto the beach in this a nice quiet community.
