Geocache Description:

The MB series is a collection of micros placed along several all-weather grid roads in the prairie east of Highway 10 and north of Brandon, Manitoba. All caches are beside roads - no fences to cross, no bushwhacking, no hiking. Bring your own pencil.

The cache is at N 50° 05.A' W 099° 48.B'
where A = (500 + 80 + 6) and B = (900 + 50 + 5).

This puzzle and final coordinates updated on Aug 18, 2016.

Each of the 33 caches is named for a Manitoba community. Most are traditional caches. Two are multi caches where the final is hanging in a shrub directly across the road from the given coordinates. (Read that last sentence again to be sure you understand.) Ten of the caches are puzzles. There are ditches to cross and they may occasionally be wet or snowy - dress accordingly. Above all, we encourage you to enjoy this beautiful area with its multitude of kettle lakes (prairie sloughs) and the critters that call them home.

The town of Stonewall developed around the limestone quarry that operated there until the early 1950s. While several town buildings including the town hall and post office were constructed using the locally quarried limestone, the focus of production was the making of quick lime. The quarry has been repurposed to a beautiful and informative park.
