Geocache Description:

“Welcome to the City Institute for the Mentally Unwell, I’m Dr. Maxwell, and I’ll show you around. By the way, why are you in for? You seem more normal than the rest of them.”
“It’s not me! It’s everyone I know! They keep catching me sneaking around in those bushes… said I was crazy! But they just don’t understand…”
“Oh… you’re one of those… hunting around in the bushes for those box things… we’ve had a few of you through here… don’t worry, you’ll be out soon.”

Anyways, let me take you through. I’ll introduce you to Henry since he’s right here.”
“What’s he in for?”
“He just won’t stop talking. Never sleeps, and is a danger to himself. Risky risky lad. Family couldn’t handle him, first time he's ever been lie this in his life. It’s like he’s been put on fast forward. Never stops.”

“Ahem! Ahem! Ahem! Ahem!!!”
“Who’s that?”
“Jeremy? He’s like that. Always clearing his through, always washing his hands. Just be careful if you pull out a book or board game – actually, just get him to pull it out for you. He won’t be happy if you mess up the way he likes them ordered.”

“And this is Sarah.”
“Is she shy?”
“No, she’ll talk to you if you go over there. Just be careful not to upset her. She really can’t seem to find joy, or purpose, or meaning in anything.”
“Is that why she’s here?”
“Yeah, they found her on the edge of the bridge, and luckily got to her before anything happened, but she just sits there staring out that window all day long.”

“And who’s that next to her? What’s he here for?”
“Johnny. Set his house on fire. Well, set many things on fire actually, but the house is what got him in here.”

“And who’s that?”
“Karen. She’s another new one. Came last week after her child was born. She’s been a bit down ever since.”

“And that’s Larry. Don’t get too close to him. He doesn’t like being stuck in small places. Especially with other people. He’ll start shouting, and go into a panic. So, please watch out for him.”

“Why’s that guy just sitting there pulling his hair? Pretty much his whole head of hair is missing.”
“Yeah. He does that.”

“Here’s Jim. Be glad you’re not sharing a room with him!”
“Why’s that?”
“During his sleep, he just screams, yells, and cries. It’s like he thinks someone is attacking him, but doesn't seem to remember any nightmares.”

“What’s she in for? She doesn’t look like she needs to be in here.”
“She would be fine, if she didn’t always get rid of what she ate after she ate. We have to feed her through IV.

“And this here is Ollie. He’s lovely. Say hi Ollie.”

“I don’t think he likes me.”
“Don’t make too much of it. He doesn’t talk to some people. Or sometimes. Other times you can’t get him to stop talking, but a lot of the time it’s like the cat got his tongue, and he just won’t talk.”
“What, why?”
“He’s just quiet in some circumstances.”

“Booo!!! Hellloooo and welcomeeee!!!!”
“Hey?”
“Meet Jay. She’s obviously having a happy day.”
“Byeeeeee!! I’m off to go run around outside! Look! It’s a beautiful day!”
“Wow, ADHD?”
“Nope, she’s not always like this. Some days she won’t even have the energy or willpower to get out of bed. It’s like there’s a light switch, and she goes from one extreme to the other. ”

“And watch out for Suzie. Don’t leave anything around her. Even if it’s just your bread to go with lunch, she’ll steal it. She doesn’t need it, but she just can’t help herself!”

“Dr. Maxwell! Dr. Maxwell! I think I caught Schizophrenia!”
“Eddie, you can’t catch schizophrenia!”
“Well I just did! And I’m seeing things too. I think I need to see Dr. Rilley!”
“Ok Eddie, I’ll make sure I tell him.”
“That was Eddie. Sometimes I think he ends up thinking he has so many symptoms of everything, that he actually ends up with them! He does it for the sympathy though. At least he's not making his kid sick for sympathy. We've had some of those through here.”

“And here is Greg.”
“Look! I drew this!”
“Amazing!”
“I can do better! My drawings are always the best. I’m your favourite patient, right?”
“Yes, Greg, yes.”
“A bit obsessed with himself. Really obsessed with himself actually. Don’t say anything to mock him or judge him, he won’t react well. He always seeks attention.”

“A new guy! You have to know! Escape before they get a hold of you!”
“Wha-a-a-t?”
“Don’t follow them! They mean no good! I know! The good ones told me… don’t get to close! Turn around!”
“Huh? Who was that?”
“Oh, never mind Grant. He never makes any sense. Hallucinates ‘the good ones’ talking to him all the time. He's a bit paranoid.”

“Is that everyone?”
“Yup. 15 patients, plus now you. I’ll show you to your room.”
“Wait, 15 patients did you say?? I know something else that there should be 15 of…”
“Here we go again… you want to go hunt for some boxes in bushes again? You may be here a lot longer than you think…”
“But it’s so much fun!”
“Right, I’ll leave you to unpack then.”

“Pfft… muggles…”
