Geocache Description:

On route to KC's caches I've seen so many beautiful trees. Here is one for KC.

You can park just past the trailhead. Look for the old wire fence. There is a trail to within a few meters of the cache. This summer marks my sixth year of caching with KC. Although we don't always cache together we always keep up with each other's caching capers. What I always come back to thinking about are the long hikes where we talked and talked. I think I've literally talked with KC about everything under the sun. We had some good times and some bad but our friendship has been an amazing source of strength and a great joy. We used to chase FTFs anywhere south of Port Renfrew. Often getting up at 5 am to find that elusive blank log book. We've had our share of terrifying climbs, bad weather, animal encounters and the lot. I am so looking forward to all the future caching adventures that await us friend. This cache is for you.
