This cache, if placed in this same water retention area a couple of years ago, would have been underwater most of the time. However, Porter County decided that this area was prone to flooding that would affect roads and homes nearby (one of those homes, by the way, belongs to the owner of this cache). So a water sewer was installed (hooray !!) and what do you know... no more flooding !!! So, yes, this cache is now in an area that should be accessible to land dwellers...
Please remember to place exactly back in original spot... there might be little muggles around from time to time...
