Many years ago pioneers came to this area and made it their home. With this cairn we celebrate the hard work and dedication from these important people. Perhaps the pioneers left a treasure close by.
This is a cache that was put out for the Dauphin Canadian Tire Cachefest 2012 hosted by Tourism Dauphin. This is Dauphin's first ever geocaching event! All materials for the caches were supplied by Canadian Tire and were built and put out by local cachers: jabbywockyz, saunderl and pkldbutterfly. All caches have a logbook and may contain a pencil for the small caches. Come and discover what Dauphin has to offer thru geocaching.
