BAW Traditional Cache
Helwr: The location of this cache has proved too problematic for a variety of reasons. I'm therefore taking it away and plan to re-establish as BAW 2 in another location. I am thinking of replacing it in this approximate position with another more suitable cache.

The cache is at ground level near one end of The Surgeon's Walk in Parc Meurig on the outskirts of Bethesda. The walk is named in honour of Mr Owen Owen, a retired surgeon who owns the land and who eased pain and prolonged life for many patients. The walk is in woodland overlooking the river Ogwen (making the GZ ill-defined) It is up and down and can be muddy in parts. The cache is near enough to the B4409 to make it a drive-by, although there is not a good place to park.
This is another of my unusual cache containers. It contains only a log sheet and is not in any wall or undergrowth. The cache had been vandalised but a new similar but smaller container was placed there on 20.5.13 to re-establish the cache. Please click the cap back into place after use. A translation of the Welsh name gives a clue of what to expect but the hint should be sufficient. The cache has now been moved to near a tree 25m West of the sign. The new co-ordinates are: N53 10.389 W004 03.649. Thanks to deepdiggingmole for these co-ordinates.
