I swore I would never place a micro cache; I can't stand most micros and avoid them at all costs. Nevertheless here I am placing one! I am hoping you will find this one fun and not like the typical micros out there.
Note: You WILL need tweezers to retrieve the logbook. That is the reason for the "special tool" attribute. This micro is placed very near York University's community garden, "Maloca", established in 1999:
"...the Maloca Community Garden features approximately 2,000 sq. ft. devoted to both individual and communal plots for growing vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers according to the principles of organic agriculture. The Garden’s name is derived from the name of multi-family long houses built near the banks of the Amazon River. At the centre of each building is a communal, spiritual meeting place, so the Garden’s name reflects our group’s desire to create a sense of community at York University." --- cited from Maloca's blog.
Take some time to visit the garden while you're there and maybe say hello to any one who happens to be working there. Please respect the food grown there and pick any unless a friendly gardener offers you some! If you drive to the end of Hoover Road, you can actually drive right up on the grass and park there while you're looking for the cache. Many people do this. (Don't park on Hoover Road itself, you might get ticketed.)
I have put two hints with a space between them so you don't accidentally see the second one if you don't want to. The first one gives you a clue as to what you're actually looking for; the second hopefully gets you looking in the right spot! Please be gentle with the cache container when retrieving it; also, make sure the lid is snapped back tight when you put it back.
