Several months ago, my 14-year old cat Killian was diagnosed with a cancerous growth in her abdomen. The doctors said that there was nothing they could really do, so I brought her home and cherished every moment I had left with her. She seemed her normal, playful self, but as the months went on, she ate less and less and her energy dwindled.
On June 16th, 2012, she was put to sleep while I held her and said goodbye.
I wanted to dedicate this...our first placed cache...to my cat, Killian. I miss her like crazy.
While doing this cache, please think about the little, furry members of your families and remember to let them know just how loved they are.
There will be more caches from us in the near future. We made this one a very easy find...I can't promise anything about future caches. There's talk of small series of caches, puzzle caches, evil hides, etc. We've been caching for way too long without putting out caches of our own. Now, it's time to fix that.
Rest in peace, Killian. I love you.
