Congrats To InSpaces For Being FTF!!!

This cache is to replace a cache that was close by this one. A friend of mine told me the old cache made him bored out of his mind and it wasn't hard at all. I just hope he didn't screw himself by challenging me to make a cache that was more difficult than the old one. Even though this cache is challenging, it is still wheelchair accessible so please don't bolt away crying. It is quite possible you will need a TOTT...or two.
