I placed caches in the nearby Branford rest areas for travelers going up and down I-95. Annoyingly, BOTH the northbound and southbound rest areas have recently closed while they are refurbished. In the mean time, here is a micro at an appropriate and conventient location where you can stretch your legs and maybe even get some information!
No need to wander onto an entrance ramp or onto private property. Elevator shoes couldn't hurt while hunting. Plenty of food and fuel at this exit - should make up for the rest stops no longer being available.
