Get Me Out of Here! Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Rainbow Spirit: Martin cousins was right, the cache has surprisingly survived a clash with a piece of earthmoving equipment, ie it appears to have been run over. The site is a construction zone for an underground electricity cable that is due to be finished at the end of December....2013.

I will repair the cache and place elsewhere as Get Me Out Of Here 2.

Geocache Description:

Along the old canal bikepath.

Years ago most of Sydney's water supply flowed along this canal, starting at Prospect Reservoir and on to the Potts Hill storage and treatment plant. Now days it all goes via pipelines. The bed of the old canal is now a shared cycleway/walkway. Just off to the side of the path is the cache container, it will require some skill to retrieve.
