TheLawrenceClan: After close to 9 years, we are decommissioning this cache. The Lawrence Clan is moving out of Richmond, so will no longer own the land the final of this multi was located on. This was our first cache placed, and we really loved the experience of placing it and getting to read all the logs of a Find right at our backyard. What a blessing! Geocache Description:

A single re-direct multi in a small park on the Jock River.

Here's some additional info about the park: This is a great little park where both kids and dogs can run around off-leash! There are lots of interesting bugs around here during the summer, too. The fireflies are beautiful in July. Maybe you'll be able to spot a bug or two yourselves.

This part of the Jock River has been a favourite in our family for years. We’ve had great days of flying kites, picnicking, and climbing trees here. It is also a great place to watch Canada Day fireworks or the end of the annual Jock River Canoe Race in the Spring.

 




Note: The re-direct of the cache changes in Winter. The co-ordinates are the same, but the re-direct will be located higher up, in a winter-friend spot, once the snow starts falling. A note will be posted on the page to indicate when the re-direct changes to its winter location.
