Is this really the first cache in Georgetown?!? Looks like it! (but apparently not) This is a pretty easy cache, should be a nice grab and go with multiple entrances and exits to plan your quick escape! lol.
You will probably need to enter through the black gates "Hamilton Court" on 31st street. You don't need to buzz anyone, just push the gates and come on in!
This is a micro cache with enough room for a log and a few tiny trinkets. Small trinket for FTF!
This cache is located inside the beautiful Hamilton Courtyard in Georgetown. The gates are open during regular business days and hours (M-F, about 8am-6pm -but those are not exact hours -just estimates since it looks like it's open on weekends as well) and has a fairly high amount of muggle traffic as well as people enjoying the weather taking lunch in one of its many tables or benches. (We would know, because we walk in and out of it multiple times a day, maybe we'll see you, but you won't see us!) Sometimes work makes you crazy (and sometimes it's fellow geocachers) and you just need to step outside, take a fresh breath of air and get a Sanity Check.
