Geocache Description:

This series of caches is dedicated to my other long term interest – BOWLING. I have been bowling since my youth. While I may not carry a very high average in the league I’m in, I have enjoyed spending all these years bowling with family & friends.

The history of bowling dates back to ancient Egypt and the Roman Empire. Bowling as we recognize it today was first established with standardized rules in New York City on September 9, 1895.  There are varying forms of bowling on a small scale and mostly in New England and Canada of ‘Nine-Pin’, ‘Candlepin’, ‘Duck-Pin’ & ‘Five-Pin’.
This is a series of caches where you will need to gather the clues in the 6 traditional caches to acquire the necessary info to solve this puzzle. I’ve used common terms from bowling for these caches.

Gutter is a semi cylindrical channel on each side of the alley (or lane) to collect errant balls.

You are looking for a lock-n-lock in Hoffman Park. Be advised that deer hunting is allowed in the fall so wear appropriate clothing.
Don't forget to collect the clue.
