This cache is located neaby Gandate Canyon in Osaka Gero-shi, Gifu-Pref.
"Gandate" is the large wall of columnar joints, made by the eruption of Mt. Ontake about 54,000 years ago. The wall is about 120m width and 72m height.
This wall is a designated natural monument province.
Parking lot and the observatory is located on the opposite side of the wall, and you can look whole of the wall.
The cache is located about 5min walk from the parking lot.

このキャッシュは岐阜県下呂市小坂のがんだて峡の周辺にあります。
「巌立」とは約5万4千年前の御嶽山の大噴火によってできた高さ72m幅120mの柱状節理の大岩壁で県指定の天然記念物です。
対岸には展望台と公園が整備されており、がんだてを一望することが可能です。
キャッシュは駐車場から５分程度歩いた場所に設置してあります。
