Geocache Description:

A quick cache and dash to relieve the tedium of the A417. You are looking for a small container.

I used to stop on my way home from work to post the outgoing mail at this convenient lay-by. Sadly the post box has now been removed, so the mail gets posted at Staunton village stores or at the petrol station a bit further along.

It is probably safer and easier to stop here going south. This section of road is very fast and busy at times. Take great care and perhaps leave any geodogs and geokiddies in the car! The cache contains just a log book. Sorry but no room for swaps or TBs. You will need to bring your own pen. Please replace the cache carefully and exactly as found Thanks.
