Geocache Description:

Quick P&G in another area where builder's dreams didn't come true........

There are lots of newer subdivisions back in this area of the Northland.  Some of them were fully developed before that whole recession thingy happened.  This one wasn't.  The far end of this subdivision sits empty, guess no one wanted to build a house by the little pond down here. 

Shouldn't be much muggle traffic to deal with! Congrats on Spartan512 for being FTF!
