This cache is a little bit out of Meekatharra just past the International Airport?
Okay so it might not be an international Airport but it certainly is an emergency runway for large planes that get diverted away from Perth for any reason...Seems that fog is Perths biggest drama currently for diverting planes. Not that the passengers get to see anything of Meekatharra whilst sitting on the tarmac!
Cache should be an easy find as it's an Ammo Box up on a hill. Allowing views of the Airport and Meekatharra Townsite.
Caravans will need to be left at the roadside where the track heads off, meaning if you have a van, the walk to the cache will be about 300metres.
Track for 4wd or walking begins at S26 37.325 E118 32.731
