Ciao collega geocacher,

Dopo oltre un mese dalla mia nota, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta nè visto alcuna modifica.
Se non lo hai ancora fatto, per favore raccogli ogni eventuale resto del cache al più presto possibile. Se hai intenzione di intervenire sul cache, una volta completata l'operazione per favore lasciatemi un messaggio con il numero waypoint GC relativo al cache. Sarò più che lieto di verificare nuovamente il cache per verificare la sua conformità con le linee guida.

Grazie per l'attenzione e per ogni ulteriore informazione ti prego di non esitare a contattarmi o attraverso il message center oppure inserendo un log in questo cache.

After more than one month from my last note I didn't receive any answer and no action has been done.
If you haven't done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible. If you are going to fix the problems connected to this cache, once it is ready please drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache. I will be more than happy to take a look at your cache again to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.

ita Veloce multi che vi condurrà nel cuore di Varese dove avrete modo di vedere:

STAGE 1: Piazza Monte Grappa. Nata a metà del Novecento sulle ceneri della vecchia piazza Porcari (fino agli anni trenta importante crocicchio cittadino) che lasciò spazio ai nuovi volumi progettati da Vittorio Ballio Morpurgo e Mario Loreti. Progettata per essere il salotto moderno di Varese, accolse così imponenti strutture architettoniche, testimonianza di quella monumentalità e di una certa retorica del tempo. Tuttavia non mancano alcuni spunti interessanti come la Torre Littoria.
In che anno fu progettata la fontana? - ABCD -

STAGE 2: Basilica collegiata di San Vittore. La struttura più antica che si conserva del complesso è il Battistero di S. Giovanni, edificato tra il XIII e il XIV secolo su un precedente battistero esagonale di epoca antica (VIII-IX secolo). Nel presbiterio si possono ammirare numerosi affreschi eterogenei per stile, qualità e cronologia, frutto di un'accumulazione progressiva, databili a partire dal 1320 circa fino all'inizio del Quattrocento.
A conclusione del complesso fu eretta alla fine del Settecento la facciata in stile neoclassico ad opera del principale allievo del Piermarini, Leopoldo Pollack (1751-1806). Elegante è il tiburio ottagonale, di epoca barocca, sormontato da un lanternino di Giuseppe Bernascone, considerato il più grande architetto varesino seicentesco, che seguì tutti i lavori di ampliamento della basilica.
Il campanile barocco fu eretto in una ampio lasso di tempo a partire dal 1585.

STAGE 3: Piazza Podestà. Fino al 1882 il cuore della vita civile e amministrativa di Varese era il palazzo Pretorio in piazza Podestà, uno spazio pubblico che, ampliato nel 1599 con la demolizione di alcuni preesistenti edifici, ospitava anche le locali carceri. Dal 1850 il cuore civile del vecchio borgo fu collegato attraverso l'"arco Mera" al centro religioso, dominato dalla basilica di S. Vittore.

STAGE 1: Piazza Monte Grappa. Built in the middle of the twentieth century on the ashes of the old square Porcari that gave way to the new volumes designed by Vittorio Morpurgo Ballio and Mario Loreti. Designed for the modern drawing room of Varese, it's made of impressive architectural structures, evidence of monumental and certain rhetoric of the time. You can find any interesting ideas such as the Tower Littoria.

STAGE 2: Collegiate Basilica of San Vittore. The oldest structure that preserves the complex is the Baptistery of St. John, built between the thirteenth and fourteenth century on a previous hexagonal baptistery of ancient times (VIII-IX century). In the presbytery you can admire numerous frescoes heterogeneous for style, quality and history, the result of progressive accumulation, dating from about 1320 until the beginning of the XV century.
The neoclassical facede of the church was built in the late eighteenth century by the main student of Piermarini, Leopoldo Pollack (1751 to 1806). The octagonal lantern is elegant and Baroque, topped by a lantern of Joseph Bernascone, considered the greatest architect Varese in XVII century. He also followed all the expansion work of the basilica.
The Baroque bell tower was erected in a large period of time starting in 1585.

STAGE 3: Podestà Place. Until 1882 the heart of the civil and administrative life of Varese was the Praetorian Palace in Piazza Podestà, a public space, expanded in 1599 with the demolition of some existing buildings, also housed the local prison. In 1850 the civil heart of the old town was connected through the "Arco Mera" at the religious center dominated by the Basilica of St. Victor.
