Want a second chance at Trail for the Challenged? (GC3R2E5) Here is your opportunity. We really wanted to do HikingSeal's hike on 09/09, but just couldn't manage it. So here's our chance to do this one with some friends. We'll meet at noon on Saturday, October 20th (hopefully the weather will cooperate - watch for an announcement) and we'll have a lovely fall afternoon in the hills above Salt Lake City.
According to HikingSeal this is a pretty mellow trail. Couple of uphills but nothing too terrible. We'll hike about 2.7 miles north/northeast from the parking lot. About 5.5 miles round trip. Some shade, some exposed, dogs allowed.... Will take about 4-5 hours - home in time for dinner.
A fun time to be had on a fall afternoon in Emigration Canyon.
