Geocache Description:

The beautiful Orsini Castle dominates the old part of Celleno with is magnificent walls and his big tower.
Despite all the years have passed and the fact that people moved many years ago from that place, the Castle is still there, controlling all the valley around it.
We decided to hide our first Cache here, in order to make you visit and admire this ancient and still magnificent place.

Are you searching for something hidden?
Just follow my instructions!

- Do you see the long bridge which brings to the castle? ( N 42°33'45.46" E 12° 8'35.86")
  Well, walk on it and go to the old centre of the town;

- Now, you're in the old square: there's a Church and also a few old houses ( N 42°33'47.40" E 12° 8'39.00");

- Stand in the centre of it and BE SURE the old fortress and the tower is on your left;

- Take the first alley on your right and then, always on the right, pass under a big Arch;

- Now, go straight on and, at the end of the path, start searching the Cache!

The Cache

The cache is an hermetic container made of plastic with a light blue cover;

It contains:
  • Information about Geocaching;
  • A Pen;
  • A LogBook;
  • A few Postcards of the town.
