I think Silvermist must be the workingman's fairy as she loves to leave nuts and bolts all over the countryside. She even left you one to find.  She spends her nights spinning silver into all kinds of hardware.  She carries a pretty heavy little bag with her at all times.  Be very careful not to frighten her or she may drop a bag on your toe!
