The above co-ordinate will take you to a physical container, however here is the twist..
The logbook is located 6 legs away and it is up to you to find it from this point.
How you go about it might be quite hard, and i would like to say more than one visit will be required. You May require an illumination device from the opposite end of the spectrum to 'infrared' where you acquire this I'll leave totally up to you...
