MDFirecacher: As the nearby neighborhood develops, mechanized equipment has made room for the future and destroyed this grove of trees and the cache is nowhere to be found in the debris.

After 2-1/2 years of caching, my son and I finally placed one.
Tree-of-heaven is a rapidly growing small tree but can reach up to 80 feet in height and 6 feet in diameter. In late spring, clusters of small, yellow-green flowers appear near the tips of branches. Seeds are produced on female trees in late summer to early fall, in flat, twisted, papery structures called samaras, which may remain on the trees for long periods of time. All parts of the tree have a strong odor, resembling rancid peanut butter or cat urine.
Once established, it can quickly take over a site and form an impenetrable thicket. These trees also produce toxins that prevent the establishment of other plant species. Tree-of-heaven was first introduced to America in 1784 by a gardener in Philadelphia, PA.
You are seeking a small rectangular lock-n-lock in or near this grove of trees. Please return as found (or better). BYOP. The difficulty rating has been elevated in case you have difficulty enduring the odor of peanut butter or cat urine in the growing season.
Congrats to Chrisw87 on FTF.
