Cache is at one of the several "same type" business places located at this junction of I-29 and Frederick. It is a busy place during certain hours. Please plan your time to hunt accordingly. It should not be too hard as the title says!
Cache is a special made unit especially for this location. Use the title of the cache as your hint. It is a small size. Use stealth and replace it as it was so next cacher can enjoy the hunt.
