I was really surprised at the lack of caches around West End, so thought I'd take care of this anomaly. Use a smart phone or other computing device with internet connectivity to scan a QR code, tap an NFC sticker or type in a URL found on an object hidden here. From this you'll get the clue to the final cache co-ords - a wander up to West End.
The final location is very public and will require stealth. Some times of day (e.g. lunch time) might require patience - waiting for muggles to clear gz. Co-ords for both locations have might be variable thanks to the nearby buildings and foliage above... took many readings over a week at different times to get the average.
