The LBH rules require only a log and a stamp. The log here is simply a small piece of paper. The stamp was obtained at a garage sale; it's not even relevant to the location or the name of the cache.
Otherwise, of course the usual geocaching rules apply to a LBH. Such as, it is (barely)150 feet from the railroad tracks; it is more than 528 feet from the nearest cache; and gps coordinates are used in a significant way.
The pure letterboxing websites have rules similar to groundsspeaks including no burying, no schools, no dandgerous places. They're looser on such things as distance between boxes though. Furthermore there's no reviewing which generally seems to work surprisingly well.
