The cache is not at the published coordinates which is at "Frays college" where X was a teacher. To find the cache you need to work out who X is. Then solve the puzzle.
In 1932 X was just starting his career as the writer. He was working on a book. However, x also found time to write a play for the boys at The Hawthorns School, Hayes, where x was a teacher. The school has gone but the Fountain House Hotel stands on the site. In 1933 X moved to Frays College, Uxbridge. One afternoon, whilst out for a ride on a motorcycle, x was caught in a downpour of rain. Without protective clothing, x was soon soaking wet. Pneumonia followed. X was treated in Uxbridge Cottage Hospital. When x left there to convalesce in Southwold, Suffolk, he did not return to this part of London.
