Hopefully you didn't sleep through your high school chemistry for this one!

I was at home enjoying paternity leave with Emmaline and her mother and decided to place this mystery cache nearby. I can't wait until she's old enough to start caching with me!

Once upon a time you learned that V=23 and I=53.  In that spirit, see if you can solve this one.
