A forgotten crossing at a tranquil location where beavers now reign.
Directly below the bridge is a beautifully engineered curved beaver dam.
The side trail down the bank to the cache is steep with loose footing. I recommend bringing a hiking stick to help control your slide on the final stretch of soft sand and gravel. The cache container is a small camoed lock and lock and is hidden at the southwest end of the old bridge. Beware of prickles.
A long abandoned spawning channel, this area is now BC Nature Trust Conservation land. No motorized vehicles past the parking spot please.
