The item you are looking for is just large enough to contain a log and there should be a small pencil inside, but bring your own writing utensil just in case.
Not usually a populated area, but can be populated during soccer and track practices & meets. The cache is well hidden, so please use stealth when searching to keep this cache from being muggled. Best times to search are weekends, and at night but beware, there may be someone lurking around nearby when you think there is no-one around.
Dress accordingly, if you approach the cache from the north side of the creek and use the foot bridge, there will be no need to step into the water. Be aware that if it has rained recently, the stream can get up to about three feet deep and your feet can get wet if you are not careful on the unstable rocks and slip. During the winter, be careful around slippery conditions.
From the Arboretum just south of the GZ, there is a public access gravel road that takes you about .1 miles from the GZ, however you will need to cross the stream to reach the GZ if you approach from that direction. Even though the cache is not located at the Arboretum, if you park at the gravel turn-around at the Arboretum, access to the road is only open from Dusk to Dawn.
Be sure to:
-Bring a writing utensil.
-Search and find the cache discreetly. Muggles can be in the area during the day.
-Log your find.
-Trading of swag is welcome, but the main purpose is as a Travel Bug Collection/distribution point.
-Drop off and/or pick up Travel Bugs, GeoCoins, or other trackables items, and log that you have done so.
-Replace container tightly and securely in the EXACT same spot you retrieved it from.
