Parkas įkurtas šalia Šv. Kazimiero bažnyčios ir dviračių treko teritorijos . Parko teritorija - tai buvusio Karališkojo miškelio dalis. Čia vyrauja juodalksniai ir paprastieji skroblai, gausu paprastųjų uosių, mažalapių bei paprastųjų liepų, paprastųjų ąžuolų, paprastųjų bei uosialapių klevų. Vienas vertingiausių šio parko medžių - paprastasis bukas. Parke išsiskiria brandžių mažalapių liepų grupės, augančios abipus Šv. Kazimiero bažnyčios. Vertinga paprastųjų ąžuolų grupė, ypač šios rūšies glaustašakė forma.
