TOOL TIME
It wasn’t that long ago when I remember having to travel down this road to go to my favorite hardware store, “Lowes.” I remember only going there once myself to purchase a hot water heater with my dad and at the time I hated hardware stores, but today they are my favorite stores. Lowes use to be located in the current building next door to where this cache is located.
It never seems to amaze me that in retail, no matter how long ago a store moved its location, there will always be a person who comes in and says, “so when did you move” or “where did ??? move to.”
I am a tool-a-holic, and although I currently don’t see a reason I will need to purchase any heavy duty parts in the near future, I thought I just share a bit of Dothan history with fellow cachers and bring them down memory lane.
