For all of you that hate nanos...sorry! Yes, it's a nano. Aside from its size, it should be a rather quick park and grab. This is a very high muggle area, but your vehicle should help your cover somewhat. It is near a very busy road, so be careful if children are with you. Because of the location, I would highly recommend dawn to dusk caching only.
The area is gravel, and though flat might be difficult for wheelchair accessability.
