Observatori Astronòmic de Castelldefels / Observatorio Astronómico de Castelldefels / Castelldefels Astronomical Observatory

Rere l'edifici de Cal Ganxo, Centre d'Activitats Ambientals del Parc del Garraf, es troba l'Observatori Astronómic de Castelldefels, una petita edificació, amb la seva cúpola allotjant el telescopi principal. Es la seu d'Astrofels, l'associació astronòmica de Castelldefels, associació amb clara vocació divulgativa de l'astronomia.

En general, haureu de deixar el cotxe a les coordenades indicades com a parking, perque habitualment l'accés es tancat amb cadena. Us queden uns 750 metres de cami en pujada.

El catxe es a un mirador amb unes vistes excel·lents de tot la plana del Baix Llobregat. Si voleu veure l'observatori, caldrá que seguiu el camí un xic més enllà de l'edifici de Cal Ganxo.

Tras el edificio de Cal Ganxo, Centro de Actividades Ambientales del Parque del Garraf, se encuentra el Observatorio Astronómico de Castelldefels, un pequeño edificio con su cúpula alojando el telescopio principal. Es la sede de Astrofels, la asociación astronómica de Castelldefels, una asociación con clara vocación divulgativa de la astronomía.

En general, debereis dejar el coche en las coordenadas indicadas como parking, porque habitualmente el acceso está cerrado con cadena. Os quedan unos 750 metros de camino en subida.

El caché está en un mirador con unas vistas excelentes de toda la plana del Llobregat. Si quereis ver el observatorio, debereis seguir el camino poco más allá del edificio de Cal Ganxo.

Behind Cal Ganxo building, the Ambiental Activities Center of Garraf Park, there is a small building with the cupola hiding the main telescope. These are the headquarters of Astrofels, the Castelldefels astronomical association, with a clear astronomical divulgative aim.

Usually, you'll have to leave the car at the indicated parking coordinates, because the acces is closed with a chain. From here you'll have an about 750 meters of ascending hike.

The cache is in a viewing point with a magnificent view over the Llobregat plain. If you want to see the observatory, you have to follow the path to see it behind Cal Ganxo building.
